Conferencing & Function Suites

The Mount Batten Centre conference and event rooms offer a range of rooms that can accommodate from 10 - 120 people.

There are 4 main rooms, however we have extra areas such as the patio and terrace that can also be hired. The Waterside room is a very adaptable room, it can be used as a whole room or by adding dividing walls so that we can section the room and transform it in an instant. This flexibility allows the set up and design of the room to be adapted to each individual client.

Team building packages

Tailored packages can be arranged to suit your needs and specific objectives. Please call our professional team to discuss your requirements and provide you with a quote or make the most of your corporate stay, put some team building into practise or even treat your team to an away day with a difference.

Most of our adventurous activities could be arranged for your group so please enquire for tailor made packages. Choose from sailing, racing, power boating, windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, coasteering, climbing, abseiling and caving.

Catering Services

The Waterside Room also benefits from having access to its own private bar - perfect for your own private event or party. The bar can be open at your request in advance at no extra charge apart from staffing at £6.00 per hour. Bar extensions may be permitted subject to conditions, please enquire. We are also happy to cater for breakfast seminars and formal dinner parties. In the summer we can host your BBQ on the Sunderland Terrace next to the Tower Room. For all rooms the layout can be discussed to accommodate your specific needs.

Terms and Conditions

All prices and charges include VAT and are subject to availability.
Please check prices when making your booking. All bookings must be paid for in full.
Please make your catered breakfast, buffet and refreshment menu choices at time of booking.

Mount Batten Centre reserve the right to retain 25% of the booking fee if notice of cancellation is received in writing two months in advance of the room hire date to cover administration costs.
