Corporate As well as our fantastic range of conferencing and function suites, equipment hire and catering, we also provide first class team building and inspirational away days. Team Building Everyone can benefit from team building, be it as a social group or a corporate group. Each client will have different objectives and aspirations so we , at the Mount Batten Centre, endeavor to investigate your specific requirements and then tailor a package to suit your team's needs. For your guidance we have identified three levels of team building ranging from a light taster day to more strategically focused days. The essence being that a team needs people with different and complimentary strengths so that everybody has the potential to make a valuable contribution. We look at how to organise, plan effectively, learn from mistakes and learn how to avoid wasting time and resources. You will analyse what a performing team needs to achieve and we will suggest ways to develop your team further. We can also look at individual perceptions of roles within the team, the needs of your organisation, team goals, measuring success and team development. Away Days This is the perfect location for away days, and can be used to reward your employees or as an opportunity to impressclients. Use our fleet of J80 sports boats to create an exhilarating day on the water, or choose one or more of the adventurous activities provided here at the centre.
