ADVANCE NOTICES FOR WEDNESDAY 20TH, SATURDAY 23RD AND SUNDAY 24TH JULY
WEDNESDAY 20TH JULY:
We have received notification from Western Power that on Wednesday 20th July we will have two breaks in our electricity supply during the day.
The first will be between 0800 and 0900 and the second between 1600 and 1800.
During these times this means:
- There will be no hot water for showers
- The Lookout will be closed during both these periods
- Telephone and computer systems will be down.
Western Power expect to complete the required maintenance during these two time periods but if for any reason these periods are extended we will update via our social media channels.
SATURDAY 23RD AND SUNDAY 24TH JULY:
Please note that on Saturday (23rd) and Sunday 24th July car parking here at the Centre will be limited.
As key partners of the Plymouth Sound National Marine Park we are delighted to be involved in the Big Blue Splash event and we also welcome a SailGP Youth Sail training programme cohort.
Both events will run on Saturday and Sunday. Furthermore on Sunday, the popular Breakwater Swim is happening with all 200 participants starting from the Mount Batten peninsula.
Please do consider using the Mount Batten Ferry, car sharing or the local bus services to reach the Centre on these dates.
