As part of the Natural England King Charles III England Coast Path Celebrations the Mount Batten Tower will be open from 10am until 3pm this coming Friday (29th September) with free entry!
No pre-booking is required but there is a maximum number of 25 people allowed in the Tower at any one time – the team will ensure that any queue times are kept to a minimum.
Please note that due to the age and layout of the building, levels are uneven with steep, irregular steps to the top of the Tower and wheelchair access is not possible. Sensible footwear is required. Please also note that dogs are not permitted within the Tower.
Parking is available at the Centre for the Open Day but please ensure you register your car at reception first prior to walking to the Tower. Alternative ways to get to the Mount Batten peninsula include the Mount Batten Ferry, bus or walking the Coast Path.
