Following updated advice from HM Government on Sunday 10th May 2020 the Centre’s Board of Directors have agreed a proposal by the Centre Director that the Mount Batten Watersports and Activities Centre will remain closed until at least the end of June 2020 and following future HM Government advice will review this decision again on Wednesday 1st July 2020.

The Centre and its representatives remain grateful for your support and business in these difficult and troubling times. Currently the Centre is operating a rotating furlough with just two of our departmental managers (working remotely) who are managing bookings made until the end of June. They will again be in touch at the start of July to liaise and update on the Centre’s position at that point in time.

Our preference and focus is indeed to, where we can, re-schedule bookings for after the restrictions are lifted and we will first look to do that in order maintain the offer, deliver product and create positive associations and memories that no doubt we all will need in the coming months. If this is not possible the booking information will be passed through to myself for any further actions needed and these will be dealt with in chronological order. I personally want to thank all customers that have, in the main, been so understanding and supportive of the Centre’s position so far and have been flexible and courteous to my team in these difficult times.

Should you need to communicate with the Centre please email enquiries@mount-batten-centre.com

Your continued patience and support are very much appreciated at these difficult and testing times.

I will continue to make regular reviews and update accordingly in line with HM Government advice but please note I will always prioritise the health and safety of the Centre’s staff, members, customers and all partner organisations as I have always done.
