We would like to thank our members for their patience this week. Whilst guidance was produced by some Governing Bodies earlier this week, we were awaiting a further update from the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport and Cattewater Harbour Commissioners before updating our members.

Cattewater Harbour Commissioners have today (Friday 8th January 2021) received additional guidance relating to boating and leisure activities from the DCMS for this period and the update can be found at:

https://plymouthport.org.uk/2021/01/08/update-on-marine-activities-covid-19-lockdown/

As such we are re-instating the smart lock system so that members are able to have access to their personal craft. We urge all members to abide by the national and local guidance and to ensure that, if you do take to the water you do so in the safest way possible, not only for yourself but for the safety of the emergency services.

The Centre will remain closed during this period under the Government guidance.

If you wish to contact the Centre please email enquiries@mount-batten-centre.com and your email will be received and dealt with accordingly. Please note the majority of our already small team will be furloughed during this time so we appreciate your patience in response times.
